A nationally recognized NACS certificate of sweeping is issued after every chimney is cleaned and smoke tested, the certificate is often required before the installation of a new fireplace or gas fire and may be useful for insurance purposes.  

 

      Having you're chimney swept is a clean fuss free procedure taking approximately 45min to complete.  

We will bring our own clean floor covering sheets specifically designed for the sweeping trade and lay these in front of your fire place.

 

 
 The brush and first rod are placed into the chimney along with the vacuum. The soot cloth is then completely sealed to the fireplace preventing any soot escaping.
 
 
We then thoroughly sweep your chimney all the way to the top ensuring that no dust or soot escapes into the room.

 

 

 
Once the chimney has been swept all the soot is vacuumed.

 

 

 A smoke draw test is then carried out to ensure your chimney is working correctly and safely. 

 When we leave you can be safe in the knowledge that your chimney has been professionaly swept & tested.
